The vast majority of our products are one-of-a-kind or made/cut to order for each client, therefore all purchases at Chairloom are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services.

Vintage & Antique Furniture Items

The following is our limited exchange policy for furniture:​

• May be exchanged for store credit only, but the exchange request must take place within 5 business days of purchase

• A restocking fee of may be incurred if furniture has been moved from our storage facility for delivery or upholstery preparation

• Once reupholstery has commenced, all furniture items become final sale with no exchange or return options

• Store credit has no expiration date and may be applied to future purchases

• Customer is responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item

Exchange Process

To request a furniture exchange (only before reupholstery begins):

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email or call us

2. Provide Details: Include your order number and desired exchange item

3. Confirmation: We’ll confirm availability and any price adjustments

4. Authorization: We’ll provide exchange authorization, next steps, and let you know if there will be a restocking fee
