Furniture Pickup
Free pickup available: All furniture can be collected from our showroom at no charge
Delivery coordination: We’ll contact you within one business day of your order to schedule your preferred delivery or pickup time.
Please ensure you have adequate transportation and assistance for furniture pickup, as some pieces may require multiple people to move safely.
Furniture Shipment & Delivery
Due to the size and weight of our furniture pieces, shipping costs are calculated individually for each item based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Please note: The shipping fee shown at checkout is an estimate based only on the item’s weight. Your actual shipping cost will be determined after we review your specific delivery location and shipping preferences.
• If your final shipping cost is higher than the estimate, we’ll contact you before processing your order
• If your final shipping cost is lower than the estimate, we’ll automatically refund the difference
We’ll confirm all shipping details and final costs with you before your order ships.
Textile Shipment
In-stock fabrics and samples: Ship within 1–5 business days
Pre-order and made-to-order textiles: We’ll contact you within one business day of your order to confirm your yardage requirements and coordinate delivery timeline.
All fabric orders are inspected before shipment and are carefully packaged to ensure your textiles arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
All fabric orders are final sale and non-refundable, as each order is custom-cut to your specifications.
• We strongly recommend ordering swatches first to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your fabric choice.
• All yardage is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive fabric with defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
